About Alexa Chichak
My passion for Naturopathic Medicine emerged from my own personal healing story. I witnessed first-hand the power of holistic, patient-centered medicine, and I bring that passion and understanding to each of my patients. I work closely with them to understand their mind and body and collaborate on treatment plans that work for their lives.
I have a passion for treating hormonal imbalances, mental health, digestive concerns, and overall stress. However, naturopathic medicine gives me the opportunity to treat patients of all ages and any health concerns. I tailor each treatment to the individual person.
I strongly believe in the body’s ability to heal itself. My role is to support and encourage the healing process. I involve and educate each patient in their own treatment plan, to create a lasting effect on their health.
I graduated from Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, following my undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia Okanagan. When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me in the yoga studio, on the seawall, or testing new recipes in my kitchen.
