Hi, I am Dr. Alana Barmby, N.D., wife, mother, researcher, seeker, and naturopathic doctor with twenty years of experience. Like you, I know what it is like to be tired, stressed, hormones out of whack and can’t lose weight! However, by applying the principles of naturopathic and functional medicine, I went from surviving to thriving.
I always wanted to do something to make a difference in this world. The best way I can make a difference would be to help you have the energy and vitality to do the things that matter most to you. This is what I am passionate about.
I am deeply committed to a wholistic approach to medicine – Body (how we nourish and care for ourselves, Mind (our thoughts, feelings, mind set) and Spirit (a deep connection to ourselves and that to which is greater than all of us).
