About Aisling Lanigan
Dr. Aisling Lanigan began her training at the University of Ottawa, completing a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and graduating Cum Laude. During her undergraduate degree, Aisling developed a passion for health care. She went on to pursue her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Aisling treats a variety of age groups from newborns to seniors. Aislings focus is in family medicine and womens health and she has pursued additional training in fertility optimization as well as being a certified Naturopathic Doula. As a Doula, Aisling attends births and provides physical, emotional, and informational support for birthing mothers and their partners before, during and after labour.
Aisling believes in determining the root cause of illness and uses a variety of diagnostic tools. For treatment, Aisling relies on several natural therapies including clinical nutrition, herbal/botanical medicine, Traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle counseling and bio puncture. She also is trained in IV therapy and HypnoBirthing.
