About Adam Gratton
Adam is a licensed naturopathic doctor who welcomes patients of all levels of health. He provides high quality naturopathic medical care that addresses the causes of disease and utilizes safe and effective natural treatments. With an emphasis on disease prevention and health promotion, he works with his patients to educate them on how to become an active participant in the management of their own health.
Adam completed his Honours Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toronto, specializing in Toxicology. Following that he completed the intensive 4 year ND program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). During his time at CCNM, he was an active member of student government and the student community, in addition to being the recipient of the CCNM Leadership Award in 2008. During his 12-month internship he participated on the Sports Medicine specialty shift, as well as at the Parkdale Community Health Centre for low income families. Following his studies at CCNM, he was accepted into a very competitive two year residency program in naturopathic medicine. Most recently Adam has completed a Master's degree in pharmacology and toxicology at Michigan State University and has fulfilled the requirements for therepeutic prescribing set out by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. Adam is currently an assistant professor and clinic supervisor at CCNM and teaches courses in clinical physiology and evidence based medicine.
Adam is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and is registered through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) . He is also a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) , the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) , and Rainbow Health Ontario .
